- Target Group
- This course is targeted at Second Level teachers who are interested in exploring a range of Differentiated Teaching Methodologies which can engage the diverse range of learners in our classrooms.
- Course Aims
- • To consider how students learn by examining the theories of Learning Styles, thinking styles and Multiple Intelligences.
• To examine the rationale for Differentiated Instruction and Mixed Ability settings.
• To explore Active Learning and Teaching Methodologies which can engage all learners in the classroom.
• To develop instructional strategies for Differentiated Learning
• Undertake some action research in teachers’ own work situations to reflect on practice and share classroom experience with participants - Application Closing Date
