- Relevant post holders, subject department leaders and teachers interested in promoting CPD within their own schools.
- Course Aims
- • Identifying and prioritising needs – whole school/ subject departments/team/ individuals
• Developing a CPD plan
• Addressing practicalities in implementing a CPD process
• Exploring approaches to internal CPD – mentoring/ action research projects/ peer support projects/ team teaching/ Local networks
• Motivating and leading teams and individuals
• Sourcing expertise - both within the staff and from the broader educational community
• Evaluating CPD programmes
The course will have a practical focus and will provide opportunities for participants to engage in discussion and share good practice. - Application Closing Date
