Agricultural Science Resource Workshops

- Teachers of agricultural science now have an opportunity to share resources and begin a new era of collaboration with the provision of a series of resource workshops from the Professional Development Service for Teachers (PDST). A series of evening meetings has been organised support teachers to integrate ICT and web resources into their classroom lessons.

- The resource workshops are a brilliant opportunity for teachers of agricultural science to:
· Network with other teachers of agricultural science, to share resources, provide advice, communicate teaching ideas and collaborate to improve the teaching quality of our subject.
· Acquire advice on incorporating the use of ICT into the agricultural science classroom.
· Discover new and useful online resources for agricultural science (including the new resource website, the new ag science video blog and a forum for ag science teachers)
· Explore new strategies for the teaching and assessment of agricultural science.
Receive a free fully packed AG SCIENCE RESOURCE CD created by teachers for teachers, (exclusively for those who attend the workshop) – the CD contains a full set of PowerPoint Presentations on all areas of the syllabus, videos & animations, images, photos, tests & worksheets, teaching strategies, advice on practical assessment & experiments and much more. - Application Closing Date
